We have an awesome opportunity for a dynamic HR Manager to bring and foster high-performance mindsets and contemporary leadership to our Brooklyn plant.

This role will play a critical part in managing the site HR team, you will be responsible for all HR functions including;

• Work Health & Safety
• Recruitment 
• Workers Compensation and Rehabilitation
• Discipline and Performance Management
• Training
• Industrial Relations
• HR Statistics and Reporting
• Payroll

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong drive for operational excellence. Driving excellence in engagement & retention, and employee relations across our diverse workforce.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and industrial relations, and a passion for fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

You will also “bring to the table”:

• Solid HR experience in a manufacturing/processing environment
• Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline.
• Post Graduate Qualifications in HR/IR are desirable.
• Good knowledge and experienced application of workplace legislation and industrial relations
• Resilient and pro-active approach with well-developed problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects to drive continuous improvement
• Flexible to work with day to day people matters and operations, including the completion of the necessary administration
