About the Role

 

We are currently recruiting for an HR Graduate based in Port Melbourne to provide administrative and project support across the Human Resources function. This entry-level opportunity is designed to develop capability and exposure across key HR disciplines including HR projects, talent acquisition, workplace health and safety, learning & development, employee relations, and injury management

 

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to: 

 

  • Support HR projects, employee communications, HR systems, records management, policy updates, and general administration.
  • Assist with employee engagement and recognition initiatives, organisational documentation, company vehicles, and housing administration.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job advertising, interview scheduling, candidate management, and onboarding.
  • Provide administrative support for learning and development programs, training coordination, and compliance records.
  • Assist with WHS initiatives, safety records, incident reporting, and maintaining compliance systems.
  • Support workers' compensation and injury management processes, including claim administration, record keeping, and return-to-work activities.

 

About You:

 

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general systems
  • Willingness to learn and develop across multiple HR disciplines
