As part of our growing team, you'll be an integral part of ensuring that our workforce is efficiently supported across all operational areas. We are seeking a Part-Time HR Administrator who is passionate about human resources, has strong organisational skills, and a commitment to supporting both employees and managers.

 

  • Handling high volumes of telephone and face-to-face inquiries, data entry, and a range of general office duties associated with a busy HR environment.
  • Maintaining resource manning levels to meet business requirements.
  • Provide high level administrative support to HR Department
  • Compilation of weekly HR KPI reports
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and procedures
  • Developing effective relationships with all relevant internal stakeholders
  • Updating and maintaining all HR records, employee files and systems database
  • Compliance to Human Resources Management System (HRMS)
  • Assist with recruitment and induction processes when required
  • Backup Payroll

 

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices and a passion for fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

 

You will also “bring to the table”:

 

  • Available for a 4.30am start
  • Strong administration and data processing skills
  • HR experience will be highly regarded
  • Ability to work professionally and effectively within a team environment
  • Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Background in manufacturing experience is ideal but not essential to be successful in this role
  • Flexible to work with day to day people matters and operations, including the completion of the necessary administration.
