JBS are seeking applications for the position of Livestock Administrator in Brooklyn. This is a terrific chance to join our team. This role is integral to our operations and represents an excellent opportunity to develop.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Buyer Liaison and Feedback
• Reconciliation of Vendor Invoices and Processing of Vendor Invoices/Payment Runs
• Research and Feedback on Inquiries from Producers, Buyers, Key Stakeholders
• Month-end reporting of Livestock Accruals to Assistant Accountant
• Livestock Reporting - Preparation of Daily Reports and Ad hoc Reporting as Requested
• Livestock Costings and Cost Analysis

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence. You should have:

• Possess intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong attention to detail and has excellent communication skills
• problem-solving skills with exhibited analytical abilities
• possess a good work ethic: be reliable, committed, and have a positive attitude
• Basic Livestock knowledge and experience in the Beef or Sheep meat Industry would be advantageous.
