As a Export Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in:

• Maintaining control of all aspects of the Dispatch operations, from the planning of orders to the despatch from the cold store, either directly or through the provision of effective leadership to department supervisory staff.
• Understands and implements/enforces the requirements for each of the SOP’s that are relevant to this department e.g. EU, halal, SA, FRL, BSE etc.
• Achieve the targets as outlined in the “Scorecard” Section of this document
• Liaise with the operations teams to coordinate priority of orders, based on product availability and manning’s, including communicating any issues that may result in orders not being completed in full.
• Liaise directly with Operations teams to ensure that all product is available, and fit to load prior to loading, making changes to schedules and orders if required to ensure efficiency and maximisation.
• Setting up and issuing of orders to Dispatch team members.
• Communicate with shipping yards and trucking companies to coordinate transport.
• Process all completed transactions and update system accordingly, including PRA’s.
• Ensure effective record keeping and archiving of documents.
