In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Deliver innovation and industrial engineering projects from start to finish.
  • Collect and analyse data to justify investments and measure project outcomes.
  • Identify and report on processing efficiency opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across JBS Southern operations and the wider business.
  • Contribute to funding applications and identify funding opportunities.
  • Adhere strictly to JBS safety, quality, and operational frameworks.

You should have:

  • Strong problem-solving and cause-and-effect analysis skills.
  • The ability to prioritize, multi-task, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

  • Comfort working on the plant floor and engaging with staff, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • An Engineering Degree
