An exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Beef Bone Area Leader has arisen at our Brooklyn Plant. Working ‘hands-on’, providing support, leadership, and mentoring to the Beef team, you will implement initiatives to improve our high standards of safety, quality, and animal welfare.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the beef bone area to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist the Beef Shift Supervisor in coordinating and managing shift activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to production and employee performance.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

You’ll bring to the table;

 

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the beef or meat processing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of beef bone area operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
