About the Role:

An exciting upcoming opportunity exists at our Longford Plant for an Apprentice Mechanical Fitter. The role’s responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Participate and complete the necessary on and off the job training including completing formal studies (TAFE);
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety requirements and legislative policies;
  • Gain practical on-the-job training under the guidance of experienced, skilled Trades people;
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to Workplace Health and Safety and Quality Assurance procedures.

  • Demonstrate integrity and professional attitude to work;
  • Good communication skills on all levels is essential;
  • Organizational and time management abilities;
  • Ability to work within a team environment;
  • Ability to work a range of shifts;
