About the role:

An exciting opportunity exists at our Longford Plant for a HR Officer. We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual who is committed to the position and providing an effective, professional service. This person is required to provide leadership, coordination and support to all Departments to ensure the attainment of production, quality/FSQA, Workplace Health and Safety and Human Resource requirements and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high level administrative support
• Compile weekly HR KPI reports
• Ensure compliance with legislation and JBS Policies and Procedures
• Update and maintain all HR records, employee files and systems database
• Ensure Human Resources Management System (HRMS) compliance
• Develop effective relationships with all relevant internal stakeholders
• Maintain manning levels to meet business requirements

• Strong administration and data processing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work professionally and effectively within a team environment
• Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
• Must be able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Highly organised self-starter and committed to seeing projects through to the end
