Beef Fabrication Room Foreperson
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity currently exists for a Fabrication Room Foreperson at our Longford Plant.
This position will provide leadership, coordination, management and support to our Fabrication Room including the Team Members to ensure the attainment of Food Safety, Workplace Health & Safety and Human Resource requirements & Production and Yield targets are met.

Responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to):
- Supervise, direct, co-ordinate and monitor Fabrication room operations.
- Ensure compliance with WH&S, Food Safety, Animal Welfare, HR Polices Procedures and Environmental regulations.
- Revenue maximisation and cost control.
- Ensure product specifications, standards and yields are met at all times.
- Timely and accurate record keeping and information/paperwork flow.
- Participation in workplace projects as required.
- Other tasks relating to production as requested by your supervisor.
Criteria for selection will include (but is not limited to):
- Previous experience in similar role desired, but not necessary
- Demonstrated commitment to meeting all requirements in relation to food safety, people safety and maintenance and enhancement of brand integrity.
- Sound technical knowledge of meat processing is desired but not necessary.
- The capability to build relationships and motivate a diverse team,
- Organisational and planning skills,
