Apprentice Fitter

About the role:

An exciting opportunity exists at our Riverina Plant for an Apprentice Maintenance Fitter. We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual who is committed to providing an effective professional service. Responsibilities:

• Participate and complete the necessary on and off the job training in order to become a fully qualified fitter;
• Following safe work practices and procedures;
• Working with and under the supervision of tradespeople;
• Following all instructions from tradespeople and supervisors and
• Attend TAFE as required.

Criteria:

• Current apprentices considered
• Strong technical attitude;
• Demonstrated interest in the trade;
• Good communication skills;
• Organisational and time management abilities;
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently;
• Ability to work a range of shifts.
