About the Role

JBS Pork Australia – Farming Team is currently recruiting a Piggery Attendant to support the team at our Victorian Contracting sites. 

This full-time position will be responsible for undertaking animal husbandry and related tasks to assist in the care and well-being of Company livestock, along with basic maintenance tasks. 

Key Responsibilities

• Breed and raise stock

• Care and welfare of stock

• Update production records

• Basic cleaning and maintenance tasks

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working with animals (preferred but not essential)

• Sound work ethic with high self-motivation

• Working knowledge of WHS and QA

• Preparedness to work some weekends and public holidays

• Fitness levels to cope with the physical nature of the role

• High commitment to Animal Welfare
