Work schedule for 2024:

Morning shift Monday to Thursday from 5.00am - 3.00pm daily.

Afternoon shift Monday to Thursday from 3.00pm -1.00am daily.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in Boning, Slicing or Slaughtering duties
  • Relevant qualification (Cert 2/3 Meat processing) advantageous but not essential
  • Knowledge and understanding of different rotations
  • Proven high level of knife sharpening skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Quality Requirements
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to partner with supervisors on improving daily duties
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test
