About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Skilled Meat Workers to join our team at Dinmore. Opportunities are available across several departments including Boning Room, Slicing Operations and Kill Floor Processing.

If you have previous experience in the meat processing industry and take pride in working safely, efficiently, and as part of a strong team, we would like to hear from you.

• Boners
• Slicers
• Kill Floor Workers

Key responsibilities:

• Performing skilled knife work in a fast-paced production environment
• Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and hygiene
• Following workplace procedures and production requirements
• Working effectively within a team to meet daily targets
• Contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture

About You

• Previous experience in meat processing or a similar industry
• Proven knife skills relevant to boning, slicing, or slaughter floor operations
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work across day, afternoon, or night shifts as required

About Us

JBS Australia is the largest and most respected meat and food producer in Australia. The JBS Dinmore Processing Plant is the largest beef facility in the southern hemisphere. Located near Ipswich, in south east Queensland, the facility has a daily production ability of 3,400 cattle and employs approximately 1,500 people. Cattle are sourced from the finest cattle producing regions to produce a diverse range of pasture fed and grain beef products, from commodity to premium.
