Sanitation Supervisor - Night Shift

About the role

JBS Australia is seeking an experienced and motivated Sanitation Supervisor to lead our Night Shift sanitation team at Dinmore. Reporting to the Sanitation Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating sanitation activities across the site to ensure all cleaning outcomes meet company, food safety and audit requirements.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of night shift sanitation operations within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You’ll lead a team responsible for delivering exceptional hygiene standards while ensuring compliance, safety, and operational readiness for production each day.

• Full-time night shift position
• Monday to Friday
• 10pm to 6am

About you

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in sanitation, industrial cleaning, food processing or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational environment
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and motivate others
• Organised with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Comfortable working night shift and managing competing priorities
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
