Process Workers & Skilled Meat Workers - Night Shift

About the Role

JBS Dinmore is currently recruiting several Labourers / Process Workers to join the Night Shift team in a full-time capacity.

As a Night Shift Labourer, you will be an important part of a supportive production team, helping to maintain high quality and food safety standards across all operations. The role involves manual handling and repetitive tasks, while ensuring all workplace health and safety procedures are followed at all times. You will also contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the operation, working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily production goals.

• Full-Time | Boning / Harvest Floor
• Night Shift | Rotating Roster | 3pm to 1am
• Entry level | $26.57 per hour + shift allowance

About You

• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Ability to work well within a team
• Committed to safety, quality and attendance
• Previous manufacturing or meat processing experience is beneficial but not essential
