People & Culture Business Partner

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join the Dinmore Plant HR Team in a newly rescoped position. As the P&C Business Partner, you will deliver high quality people and culture support and advice on people issues to key site leaders and key business partners in line industrial and employment law, as well as JBS Australia policy with a specific focus on recruitment, transactional HR services, performance management and information management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Daily administration of P&C tasks throughout the Plant including employee engagement and retention of employees
• Daily consultation with the Training, Rehabilitation and OHS Coordinators on a range of issues
• Disciplinary investigations
• Supporting leaders to coach and mentor their team members
• Data entry and compilation of reports
• Management of the company HRIS and KRONOS Time and Attendance System
• Ensure adherence to Company manuals, policies & procedures, Government regulations and legislation
• Other duties as directed

About You

• Knowledge of current industrial and workplace legislation
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments and Government Legislation
• Previous HR experience in a Production/Blue Collar environment advantageous
• Demonstrated computer literacy in Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to respond calmly in difficult situations whilst maintaining a strong customer service focus
• Exceptional ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
