About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced People & Culture Administrator to join the Dinmore Plant HR Team. As the P&C Administrator you will provide administrative support to the site P&C team, ensuring efficient handling of employee records, recruitment processes and general enquiries. The P&C Administrator will support the P&C team to manage daily HR administration tasks, assisting with site events, maintaining accurate data entry and filing systems, as well as supporting compliance with company policies and relevant legislation. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and effective communication are essential for success in this role.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage daily administration of P&C processes, including employee record keeping and file management
  • Handle incoming phone calls, messages and provide support to the team
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries in person and over the phone
  • Assist with recruitment processes and related administrative tasks
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with Training, Rehabilitation and WHS Coordinators
  • Create and maintain notice board communications
  • Support coordination and execution of site events
  • Perform general data entry and maintain accurate filing systems
  • Ensure compliance with company manuals, policies, procedures and relevant government regulations and legislation
  • Carry out additional duties as directed.

 

About You

  • Previous experience in HR/P&C administration (ideally 1+ years)
  • Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Ability to manage general enquiries over the phone and in person
  • Ability to interpret industrial instruments and Government Legislation
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to manage own time and prioritise tasks
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills specifically within MS Excel

 

Candidates with previous experience in a production environment as well as experience with HR data entry and reporting will be highly regarded.
