About the Role

JBS Dinmore is currently recruiting a details focused Night Cleaning Leading Hand. Leading a team of Industrial Cleaners, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team in the sanitation of meat processing areas, equipment, and machinery. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to manage a fast-paced work environment.

Shift Information: Monday to Friday (38 hours) | 7.36 hours per shift | Night shift - 12am start

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supervising the night cleaning crew to meet hygiene and sanitation standards
• Coordinating cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Ensuring proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures
• Monitoring chemical usage and maintain appropriate dilution and handling procedures
• Conducting regular inspections and complete sanitation documentation
• Reporting maintenance or safety issues promptly to management
• Training new team members in cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Communicating with supervisors and other departments to ensure production readiness

About You

• Previous experience in industrial cleaning, preferably in food or meat processing
• Proven team leadership or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, chemicals, and HACCP standards
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Physically fit and able to work in cold, wet, and fast-paced environments
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Flexible and available for ongoing night shift work
