Maintenance Fitter
About the Role
As a Maintenance Fitter, you'll be responsible for ensuring our production equipment operates safely, efficiently and reliably. Working alongside a skilled maintenance team, you'll complete preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Shift Options
Choose from a range of fixed rosters:
- Day Shift | 6:00am – 3:20pm
- Afternoon Shift | 2:00pm – 11:20pm
- Night Shift – Team A | 10:00pm – 7:20am (Sunday to Thursday)
- Night Shift – Team B | 10:00pm – 7:20am (Monday to Friday)
- Weekend Crew | 4:00am – 4:00pm (Friday to Monday)
Selected rosters include a 9-day fortnight with alternating rostered days off, providing additional time to spend with family, pursue hobbies, or simply recharge.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- A Mechanical Fitter trade qualification
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or heavy industry environments
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- A commitment to workplace safety
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
