Located in Ipswich in South East Queensland, the JBS Dinmore Plant is the largest beef processing facility in the southern hemisphere. The plant employs approximately 2,000 team members with a processing capacity of 3,400 head of cattle per day.

About the Role

JBS Dinmore is currently recruiting a proactive Clothing Store Supervisor to manage our on-site clothing store operations, supporting our production teams with quality, compliant PPE and workwear. This is a full-time position reporting to the Stock Controller.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising daily operations of the clothing store, ensuring stock levels meet production demands
• Managing, training and rostering day and night shift store employees
• Ensuring correct issue, return, laundering and storage of uniforms and PPE
• Monitoring inventory and placing orders to maintain stock levels
• Enforcing hygiene and safety standards in line with industry requirements
• Completing shift handovers, reports and communicating with production supervisors
• Delivering reports on savings, initiatives and challenges to management
• Developing and maintaining all clothing and PPE stock
• Ordering stock from suppliers, generating and reviewing purchase orders, pricing and stock level holding

About You

• Previous experience in stores, inventory or uniform management (meat or food industry advantageous)
• Strong leadership skills
• Organised, detail-oriented and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours to support both day and night shifts
• Understanding of hygiene, safety and PPE compliance within the meat industry
• Strong communicator with excellent listening and interaction skills
• Excellent understanding and demonstrated use of Excel, Word and SAP systems essential
