About the Role

JBS Australis is currently recruiting experienced Forklift Drivers to join our team at JBS Dinmore. As a Forklift Driver, you will play a key role in supporting daily production by ensuring the safe and efficient movement of products and materials throughout our processing facility.

 

In this role, you will safely and efficiently operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts in a fast-paced environment, load and unload trucks and containers, transport stock and materials throughout the site, and maintain accurate records of stock movements. You will conduct routine equipment inspections, identify and report hazards and work closely with warehouse, logistics and production teams to ensure smooth daily operations. A strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and quality standards is essential at all times.

 

Available Shifts

Our positions are full-time, operating Monday to Friday across multiple shifts to support continuous production, so successful candidates must be flexible and available to work any shift as required.

 

Day Shift

  • 5am - 3pm
  • Rotational roster
  • 10-hour shifts with one rostered day off each week

 

Afternoon Shift

  • 3pm - 1am
  • Rotational roster
  • 10-hour shifts with one rostered day off each week

 

Night Shift

  • 10pm - 6am
  • Five days per week
  • 8-hour shifts

 

About You

  • Current LF Forklift Licence
  • Previous forklift operating experience within warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments
  • High Reach and/or Counterbalance forklift experience
  • Experience working in a temperature-controlled environment (chiller/freezer) is advantageous
  • A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
  • The ability to contribute to our established WHS, Quality Assurance, and Training programs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • The ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to receive a Q Fever vaccination
