About the Role

JBS Pork Australia is currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator to join our team in Corowa, NSW, in a permanent, full-time capacity.

You will work closely with site managers and supervisors to deliver impactful training programs, support employee development (including ESL and learning needs), and ensure compliance across our NSW Farms and Feedmill. Reporting to the HR Business Partner – Farms, this role is vital to building capability and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Build strong relationships with site leaders to implement tailored training initiatives.
• Monitor and maintain training records, ensuring alignment with role-specific plans.
• Coordinate internal and external training logistics, including venues, providers, and materials.
• Identify and support emerging leaders and trainees for formal qualifications.
• Provide regular training reports and address gaps in compliance (e.g. licences, first aid).

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in training and assessment, ideally with formal qualifications.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management.
• Strong computer literacy, especially in database administration.
• A current driver’s license and willingness to travel across sites.
