About the Role

We are seeking an HR Officer – Farming to join our team in a permanent full-time capacity at our Corowa site in NSW. Reporting to the HR Business Partner – Farms, you will support HR operations across Farming & Stockfeeds by coordinating HR processes and driving engagement and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, and performance trends; implement improvement plans.
• Support performance management processes, including disciplinary actions and workplace investigations.
• Collaborate with Site Managers to enhance employee engagement and pastoral care.
• Implement new HR initiatives and systems.

About You

• Tertiary qualification in HR or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and policies.
• Knowledge of Farm and Stockfeed processes from an HR perspective (highly desirable).
• Familiarity with Work Health & Safety and Quality Assurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Advanced computer skills and a current driver’s license.
