About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
As an Environmental Graduate, you will support the effective management of environmental risks and compliance across our operations. Your role will include:
- Supporting the development, implementation and continuous improvement of environmental management plans, procedures and awareness initiatives.
- Assisting with environmental monitoring programs, including sampling coordination, data recording, basic analysis and preparation of information for regulatory reporting.
- Providing technical support and best‑practice environmental advice to operational teams and senior stakeholders.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, suppliers, consultants and industry bodies.
- Participating in site visits, inspections, audits and business projects, while actively engaging in ongoing professional development.
Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Engineering, Agriculture or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail and a proactive, self‑motivated approach.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
- Well‑developed computer skills, with exposure to data analysis tools; experience with SQL or geospatial data systems is desirable.
- Valid driver’s licence.
