About the Role

• 18-month, full-time, rotational program across pig production and elective streams in Nutrition, Genetics, and Health.
• Hands on experience, structured learning, and exposure to real world challenges.
• Mentorship and training to help you grow professionally.
• Opportunities to work on key projects and build your network across the agri-sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in training and development activities
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in industry networking events
• Contribute to project work in your chosen field
• Complete day-to-day operational tasks

Skills and Experience

• Recent degree in Agriculture, Animal Science or a related field
• A genuine interest in building a career in the agricultural/meat sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid time management and organisational skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• Current driver’s licence
