About the Role

We have a 6 month opportunity to join our team as a Training Administrator.  This role will actively provide administration support to the Training Coordinator, specifically to complete task documentation and process mapping within our operations team.


The role’s responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures and task descriptions for processes within our operations team with the guidance of our Training Coordinator
  • Complete administrative duties associated with the training team as required
  • Working collaboratively with our operations team members to establish understanding of processes
  • Support Maintenance of Company training Database systems
  • Working within office and factory environment to gather relevant data and information.


About you

  • Proven experience as a Training Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role
  • Training and document control background (highly regarded)
  • Attention to detail and experience in project management
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing facility is desirable
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient intermediate user of Microsoft Office suite of products, with the proven ability to create & use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • LMS or HRMS knowledge is desirable.
