With a licensed capacity of 28,000 head, access to an extensive network of quality cattle and ideally placed between the Riverina & Beef City plants, Caroona is a vital asset in the supply of grain fed cattle for both the JBS Queensland and New South Wales based processing facilities. The farm supplies the grain, silage and hay required for the cattle in the feedlot.

About the Role

JBS Caroona are recruiting a detail orientated Administration Officer to join the team in a full-time capacity (Monday to Friday). This position is critical to the successful operations of our feedlot and is responsible for payroll, accounts, quality assurance (QA) and environmental policies and procedures.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and compiling daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting
  • Managing all payables and receivables utilising the SAP Accounts System
  • Kronos payroll system entry
  • Weighbridge operations and maintaining compliance for all incoming and outgoing commodities, including grain testing
  • Providing admin support to the operational teams including data management for site
  • Processing Payroll
  • General admin duties as required

 

About You

  • Previous experience in a similar Admin role advantageous
  • A high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dedication, commitment and drive
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office and general computer literacy/troubleshooting
  • Strong time management skills
