UKG Workforce Pro Specialist - RTA

(6-Month Contract)

JBS Australia is seeking an experienced UKG Workforce Pro Functional Consultant to support a major workforce management transformation project on a 6-month contract.

You will act as the UKG functional expert, responsible for configuring and optimising the UKG Workforce Pro solution, ensuring it is compliant, fit-for-purpose, and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional configuration and administration of UKG Workforce Pro.
• Partner with Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Industrial Relations SMEs to design and validate solutions.
• Configure time, attendance, scheduling, accruals, and pay rules.
• Ensure compliance with Awards, Enterprise Agreements, payroll legislation, and SOX requirements.
• Conduct unit testing and support end-to-end testing activities.
• Provide expert advice on UKG best practice and solution design.
• Maintain configuration workbooks, documentation, reporting, and system procedures.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

• 7+ years' experience implementing and supporting UKG Workforce Management solutions.
• Proven end-to-end implementation experience from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
• Strong expertise in timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, accruals, and workforce management.
• Experience configuring UKG for Australian Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation and industrial compliance.
• Experience working with integrations such as SAP, SuccessFactors, and Boomi.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills and experience producing system reports and data extracts.
