About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate recruiter with proven experience in high-volume, blue-collar recruitment. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our operations team to attract, source, and assess candidates to meet our seasonal workforce needs.

This is a 12-month max term contract, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by helping us deliver on critical resourcing requirements during a busy and fast-paced period.

About You

You’re a hands-on, energetic recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, operational settings. With a strong track record in high-volume, blue-collar recruitment, you know how to deliver effective sourcing and attraction strategies.

You’re confident working independently but also a natural collaborator, able to juggle competing priorities with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Experience in seasonal or campaign-based recruitment and a commitment to great candidate experiences will set you apart.

You’ll Bring:

• Proven end to end recruitment experience in a similar industry or environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, including partnering with hiring managers and cross-functional teams 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
