At Primo, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team based at our Wacol manufacturing site and help attract, engage and hire great talent across a diverse range of roles within the business.

 

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process across both operational (volume) and professional positions. You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders, develop talent pipelines, and deliver recruitment solutions that support business growth and workforce planning.

 

This role is ideal for someone who has developed a strong foundation in high-volume recruitment and is looking to broaden their experience across a wider portfolio of roles while continuing to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

 

What You'll Be Doing

 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a mix of operational, technical and professional roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements
  • Source candidates through a range of channels including job boards, referrals, social media, networking and community partnerships
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews, assessment centres and selection activities
  • Provide market insights and recruitment advice to hiring managers
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and use data to improve hiring outcomes
  • Ensure recruitment activities align with company policies, employment legislation and best practice
  • Support employer branding and attraction initiatives to strengthen Primo's presence in the talent market
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience

 

What You'll Bring

 

  • Previous experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, ideally within a high-volume recruitment environment
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring for operational or frontline roles
  • Exposure to recruiting for technical, specialist or professional positions, or a strong desire to develop capability in this space
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to recruitment challenges
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience conducting interviews, facilitating assessment activities and supporting hiring decisions
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience
  • Experience using recruitment technology and applicant tracking systems, with SuccessFactors highly regarded
