About the Role

 

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.. 

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume, blue-collar positions, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes. You’ll play a key role in partnering with internal and external stakeholders and driving innovative sourcing strategies to meet business needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment for high-volume blue-collar positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to design sourcing strategies and create job briefs
  • Build proactive talent pools and leverage diverse sourcing channels
  • Partner with the Community and Engagement Manager to develop and sustain relationships with local community organisations, trade schools, and programs such as PLS & PALM to access additional talent sources
  • Monitor and report on labour market trends
  • Coordinate and run assessment centres and structured interviews
  • Ensure compliance with policies and employment legislation
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement

 

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–3 years’ experience in high-volume recruitment (blue-collar focus).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with assessment centres and large-scale recruitment drives.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
