About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team..
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume, blue-collar positions, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes. You’ll play a key role in partnering with internal and external stakeholders and driving innovative sourcing strategies to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment for high-volume blue-collar positions
- Partner with hiring managers to design sourcing strategies and create job briefs
- Build proactive talent pools and leverage diverse sourcing channels
- Partner with the Community and Engagement Manager to develop and sustain relationships with local community organisations, trade schools, and programs such as PLS & PALM to access additional talent sources
- Monitor and report on labour market trends
- Coordinate and run assessment centres and structured interviews
- Ensure compliance with policies and employment legislation
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
- 2–3 years’ experience in high-volume recruitment (blue-collar focus).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with assessment centres and large-scale recruitment drives.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
