Supply Planner Salami, Smalls & Snacks

In this role, you’ll own forecasting, production planning, and inventory optimisation for one of Primo’s most dynamic product portfolios. If you thrive in a fast‑paced FMCG environment and love turning complexity into clarity, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop short‑, medium‑ and long‑term demand forecasts and provide insights into peaks, promotions and seasonal trends
- Create and manage daily and weekly production plans, balancing capacity, labour, materials and operational constraints
- Monitor inventory levels and stock projections to minimise waste and identify SLOB or at‑risk product early
- Coordinate raw material and packaging requirements, working closely with Procurement and suppliers to ensure continuity of supply
- Analyse plan vs actual production performance and work with Operations to address variances
- Communicate risks, constraints, priorities and recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders
- Maintain accurate planning data in ERP/MRP systems and support improvements to master data and planning processes
- Report on planning KPIs such as DIFOT, forecast accuracy, yield and inventory health, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
About You
- 2–3+ years’ experience in FMCG or manufacturing planning, including production, supply, or demand planning
- Strong analytical and data skills with proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Pronto, Dynamics, or similar)
- Solid understanding of production scheduling, capacity planning, raw material flows, and plan‑vs‑actual performance analysis
- Able to interpret data, identify root causes, and communicate clear, practical recommendations to stakeholders
- Highly organised, detail‑focused, and able to stay calm and effective in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment
- Proactive, solutions‑focused, and committed to continuous improvement in processes, planning accuracy, and efficiency
