Smallgoods Supervisor PM

About the Role

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a Supervisor for the PM shift to join the team in Wacol. This role is responsible for supervising and coaching team members in all aspects of the processes in the Smallgoods department.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring all work practices in their area of control are undertaken in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Ensuring team are aware of KPI targets and ways of achieving these
• Undertaking RTW interviews and liaise with RTW Coordinator to identify any issues
• Ongoing compliance to any changes resulting from WHS audit
• Ensuring all staff are trained and coached to give compliance to day to day procedures around GMP and startup check lists
• Walking the floor hourly and identifying issues and provide feedback
• Delivering daily on standard operational practices

• Work with R&M team to rectify equipment issues in a timely manner
• Ensuring all operational staff are trained appropriately

About you:

• Ability to lead, coach and supervise team members
• Substantial experience in a similar role preferably within the FMCG Industry
• Demonstrated computer literacy in Excel, Word & Outlook

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
