- Riverina Plant, Yanco (South Western NSW)
- Rockhampton Plant, Rockhampton (Central QLD)
- Townsville Plant, Townsville (North QLD)

About the Role
JBS Australia’s Northern Division is currently hiring Skilled Meat Workers for various roles across all our Plants. As a Skilled Meat Worker, you will be passionate about your specialist skills, and be committed to providing a professional service. You will be prepared to regularly exhibit leadership qualities and provide support across the business to drive a culture of continuous improvement. This opportunity is ideal for anyone wanting to develop their skills within an industry leading, global organisation.
About You
- Previous experience (ideally 2+ years) in Boning, Slicing or Slaughtering/Sawing duties
- Relevant qualification (Cert 2/3 Meat processing) advantageous but not essential
- Knowledge and understanding of different rotations
- High level of knife sharpening skills
- Knowledge and understanding of quality requirements
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high performing team
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
