About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Test Lead to join our IT Test team. This role will work collaboratatively with the development, integration and operations teams to understand the solution and perform independent testing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and oversee the test team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
• Provide task assignment, workload balancing, and progress tracking across all test phases.
• Actively participate in and coordinate testing phases, including System, Integration, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure regulatory or compliance Testing is performed (SOX)
• Support the Test Manager in promoting and mentoring best practices across the testing lifecycle within JBS technology change initiatives.
• Apply industry-recognized testing techniques to drive effective, risk-based test coverage.
• Communicate effectively with onsite and offshore peers, project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure transparency and shared understanding of testing progress, risks, and outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• 8+ years’ experience as a Senior Test Analyst ideally with supervisory experience. 
• 3+ years’ Testing Automation Development (any automation tool)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Possess relevant testing qualification (ISEB/ISTQB) or IT Degree
• Hands on Manual testing experience (preferably with Gherkin test cases)
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and agile testing practices
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing and / or supply chain environment desired
