Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end injury management and return‑to‑work (RTW) for complex, sensitive and high‑risk cases.
- Implement early intervention strategies, support timely treatment pathways and ensure appropriate escalation.

- Coach and support leaders and Coordinators to uplift capability and drive consistent RTW practices.
- Maintain accurate, compliant and timely case documentation aligned with self‑insurance requirements.
- Analyse injury and claims data to identify trends, cost/duration drivers and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead case conferences, reviews and multidisciplinary discussions to maintain case momentum and resolve barriers.
- Contribute to injury and illness prevention initiatives and risk assessments in partnership with WHS teams.
- Partner with People & Culture on employment‑related risk, redeployment pathways and workforce placement considerations.

- An allied health qualification (e.g., Physiotherapy, OT, Exercise Physiology, Rehab Counselling, or similar), supported by relevant certifications such as Advanced RTW and Level 3 First Aid.
- Extensive experience managing end‑to‑end injury management and complex/high‑risk cases, ideally within a self‑insured or large insurer‑managed environment.
