About the Role

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Review and coordinate RTO compliance activities for students, trainers and administration processes
• Develop and implement a structured audit program to ensure compliance requirements are achieved and maintained in line with regulatory requirements, business policies and procedures
• Management and maintenance of all ASQA communication and regulatory requirements
• Maintenance of State and Federal government funding requirements and timeframes
• Provide advice on the implementation of newly developed training courses and transitions from superseded packages to newly endorsed versions
• Ensure RTO is compliant ready

About You 

• Previous experience in an RTO compliance role.
• Strong knowledge of ASQA and state government funding requirements
• Experience supporting and managing regulatory audits
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Previous experience with SMS/LMS
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and with key stakeholders
• Strong customer service and student support
• High attention to detail with the ability to analyse data and produce quality reports
• Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement practises
