About the Role:

Primo Foods have a rare opportunity for a Systems Admin & Training Manager to join our QDC team in Wacol, Brisbane. This role is responsible for supporting the effective day-to-day administrative functions along with staff development, coaching, training and evaluation of the administration team.

 

We’re seeking an experienced individual who can provide recommendations, can implement improvements for existing processes and provide guidance in the resolution of complicated processes and technical issues.

 

Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • QLD Transport Administration - Incorporating set up, rate changes & technical support
  • QLD Inventory Management - Technical / maintenance control
  • Support National System Administration Manager for EDI
  • Provide systems administration support for all queries with the various Primo Software programs
  • Recommends administration staff scheduling needs which include: work assignments, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees and shift rotations
  • Evaluate processes with a continuous improvement mindset
  • To manage and resolve issues in Pronto
  • To develop and help maintain site manual and S.O.P’s
  • Support departments productivity and quality goals

 

About you:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, fast-paced FMCG environment
  • Degree / Tertiary qualified preferred but isn’t mandatory
  • Creative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to lead, empower and manage a team
  • Highly adaptable and flexible
  • Experience training staff in company procedures/systems
  • Experience in recruiting staff and workforce planning
  • An understanding of the transport industry and appropriate government regulations
