About the role

You’ll enable transformation by delivering change communications and training that help teams adopt new systems and ways of working. You’ll partner with project and business leaders, manage SharePoint knowledge hubs, and track readiness/adoption through go-live.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Create and deliver change communications (email, presentations, visual collateral).
  • Design and facilitate training for varied audiences (site-based and corporate).
  • Develop learning assets (guides, eLearning, in-app support) using Articulate and Canva (or similar).
  • Collaborate with test managers and business leads to secure stakeholder buy-in for SVT and UAT.
  • Coordination is key: Ensure alignment and engagement with the business throughout the project journey. 
  • Maintain SharePoint knowledge hubs and keep documentation current.
  • Support readiness/adoption planning and reporting through cutover and go-live.

 

About you

  • 5+ years’ experience in project enablement, change management, training design/delivery and/or transformation programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex change into clear, practical messages.
  • Proven facilitation capability across varied audiences (including operational/production environments).
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint and learning/content tools such as Articulate (Storyline/Rise) and Canva (or similar).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach across business and technical teams.
  • Well-organised and adaptable; able to deliver across multiple workstreams to deadlines. (Bonus: PMO/project environment experience, PM certification, or manufacturing/regulated industry background.)
