Primo Foods is seeking reliable Process Workers to join our team at Wacol. These permanent roles support the ongoing operation of our site and are ideal for people who enjoy physical, hands‑on work and want stable, long‑term employment.

What you’ll do

You’ll carry out a range of processing tasks in a cold or chilled environment to help deliver products our customers trust. Tasks may include:

• Loading/unloading meat on trolleys and racks
• Pushing trolleys and hanging meat
• Peeling, trimming, and preparing meat cuts
• Assisting machine operators
• Labelling, packing, and palletising products
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Depending on the role, you’ll handle meat and lift/push items from 5 kg to 25 kg.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for dependable team players with a strong work ethic. Experience in food processing or manufacturing is preferred.
