About the Role

As a Process Worker in our Smallgoods Manufacturing team, you'll be involved in:

• Processing and preparing meat products
• Working with raw meat throughout the production process
• Supporting production lines and machine operators
• Following food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Manual handling and repetitive production tasks

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working with raw meat products
• Able to work in wet, chilled, and physically demanding conditions
• Strongly focused on safety, quality, and teamwork

• Reliable and hardworking individuals
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in manufacturing, food processing, warehousing, or a similar environment is highly regarded but not essential
