People Analytics Lead

About the Role:

JBS is currently recruiting an experienced People Analytics professional to join the Group People & Culture team.

Reporting to the Group Manager – HRIS, this role will be primarily responsible for driving the national people analytics program. 

This a great role for someone who is passionate about data, technically experienced and wants to drive a key business analytics program within a national team.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Managing the People Intelligence Qliksense App
• Developing a clear people analytics roadmap and delivery plan.
• Establishing people data definitions and guidelines.
• Working closely with key business stakeholders to understand/document business requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Ensuring data quality and accuracy through understanding the business processes, having structured data validation and testing
• Documenting and assisting with developing the People Domain for Master Data Management
• Deliver functional training to key stakeholders (as required)
• Produce reports for audiences ranging from frontline supervisors to C-Suite executives.

About you:

• Experience in the people analytics field
• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (economics, mathematics, finance, etc.) and/or background in Mathematics, Statistics
• Experience in programming (Python, SQL)
• Strong understanding of people processes
• Documentation skills in developing technical data diagrams, reporting specifications and testing.
• Experience with data modelling concepts
• Experience or knowledge of QlikSense development
• Curious about data and a drive to understand where it comes from
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration concepts
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
