We are seeking a professional, organised, and service‑oriented Office Coordinator to manage our front‑of‑house experience and provide high‑quality administrative support across multiple corporate functions. This role is integral to creating a positive first impression for visitors and ensuring our office operates efficiently each day.

As the first point of contact for team members, guests and customers, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a warm, professional environment while supporting the wider business with coordination, communication, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a professional front‑of‑house experience for visitors and callers
  • Maintain office and meeting spaces to a high standard
  • Coordinate building maintenance, contractors, and office supplies
  • Manage mail, deliveries, and courier services
  • Oversee meeting room and visitor parking bookings
  • Support events, engagement activities, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with onboarding, access, ID cards, and Time & Attendance
  • Support employee benefits programs and basic accounts payable tasks
  • Process purchase orders and manage business card requests
  • Assist with recruitment activities
  • Provide general administration support and undertake ad hoc tasks

What You Will Bring

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in reception, office coordination, or administration
  • Excellent communication skills and strong professional presentation
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confidence managing competing priorities in a busy environment
  • Experience with basic accounts payable and purchase ordering (advantageous)
