About the Role:

Are you looking to kick-start your career in administration and gain experience within the food manufacturing industry? We’re recruiting for an organised and entry-level Maintenance Administration Assistant to support our Engineering team in Wacol, Brisbane.

This is a permanent full-time role working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. No prior experience required; we're just after genuine interest in administration and a desire to learn and grow!

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities
• Supporting the team with purchase orders, invoices, and spare parts tracking
• Coordinating with suppliers and contractors for scheduled maintenance work
• Helping manage documentation for compliance and safety procedures
• Providing general administrative support to the Engineering department

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Good communication and time management skills
• A positive attitude
• Familiarity with systems like SAP is a bonus but not required!
