About the Role:
Are you looking to kick-start your career in administration and gain experience within the food manufacturing industry? We’re recruiting for an organised and entry-level Maintenance Administration Assistant to support our Engineering team in Wacol, Brisbane.
This is a permanent full-time role working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. No prior experience required; we're just after genuine interest in administration and a desire to learn and grow!
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities
- Supporting the team with purchase orders, invoices, and spare parts tracking
- Coordinating with suppliers and contractors for scheduled maintenance work
- Helping manage documentation for compliance and safety procedures
- Providing general administrative support to the Engineering department
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Good communication and time management skills
- A positive attitude
- Familiarity with systems like SAP is a bonus but not required!
