Primo Foods is seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Manager to lead operational training across our QLD sites. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of operational learning programs for Production, Operations, and Distribution.
• Oversee onboarding, induction, and compliance training aligned with WHS and industry standards.
• Manage a team of Workplace Trainers and Assessors, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and optimise training systems, databases, and our LMS for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape learning strategies and meet evolving business needs.

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualification in Education, HR, Business, or related field.
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (or equivalent experience).
• Proven leadership experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (HACCP, GMP, WHS).
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A detail-oriented, proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
