Primo Foods is seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Manager to lead operational training across our QLD sites. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of operational learning programs for Production, Operations, and Distribution.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and compliance training aligned with WHS and industry standards.
- Manage a team of Workplace Trainers and Assessors, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Maintain and optimise training systems, databases, and our LMS for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape learning strategies and meet evolving business needs.
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in Education, HR, Business, or related field.
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (or equivalent experience).
- Proven leadership experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (HACCP, GMP, WHS).
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A detail-oriented, proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
