About the Role

Are you seeking a career change? We have a great development opportunity for an Injury Management Health & Wellbeing Administrator to join the Wacol HR team. This role provides administration support to the Injury Management Health & Wellbeing department.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide prompt support to the Injury Management Health & Wellbeing department.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments through the Work Healthy Australia system.
  • Communicate appointment details to employees and supervisors.
  • Communicate with our external physio providers regarding appointments.
  • Escort team member for imaging appointments as required.
  • Actively promotes behaviors that support JBS values in relation to safety and rehabilitation.
  • Maintain records in accordance with legislative requirements within the Injury Management system.
  • Assist with monthly reports for key stakeholders on current injuries and illnesses when required.
  • Help with building a positive rehabilitation and return to work environment that facilitates positive return to work outcomes.
  • Factory floor walks for providers and to assist with task analysis.

  • Ability to manage and maintain sensitive and confidential information
  • Good computer skills
  • Approachable and adaptable
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as a team player
