We're looking for an Injury Management Coordinator to join our Queensland team. In this role, you'll help our people recover and return to work safely, while driving injury prevention and workplace health initiatives.

 

You'll manage cases with care and efficiency, ensure compliance with workers compensation legislation, and work closely with leaders to create a safer, healthier workplace.

 

This is an afteroon shift role, perfect for those who value flexibility and work-life balance. There is also some flexibility with start times for the right candidate.

About You:

We are looking for a passionate individual who thrives on supporting others. As our Injury Management Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our wellbeing strategy - you’ll facilitate early intervention strategies, develop tailored RTW plans and ensure that injured employees receive appropriate care and support throughout their recovery journey. 

 

 

About you:

You'll bring:

  • A qualification in Occupational Therapy or related health field
  • Advanced Return to Work certification and Level 3 First Aid
  • Strong understanding of workers’ compensation legislation
  • Experience coordinating injury management and RTW programmes
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Skills in managing multiple cases and competing priorities
