The opportunity

JBS Australia is seeking a proactive and highly organised IT Project Administrator to support our IT Infrastructure operations and project portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, reporting, and working closely with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

You’ll play a key role in keeping IT projects running smoothly through strong administration, financial tracking, and stakeholder follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate IT project and operational activities with internal teams, vendors and site stakeholders
Maintain and update project plans, documentation and registers
Track actions, risks and issues and follow up with stakeholders
Prepare monthly project and operational reports
Support purchase order and invoicing processes
Assist with monthly financial reporting, budget reconciliation and expenditure tracking
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Comply with WHS, quality and environmental management requirements

About you

You’ll bring:

Experience in administration, project support and/or finance administration
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confidence following up stakeholders to obtain updates and outcomes
Strong capability using spreadsheets, documents and reporting templates
Ability to work to routines, deadlines and reporting cycles
A collaborative approach with the ability to work independently when required
