The JBS Cold Store facility is strategically located in Hemmant near the Brisbane port and employs approximately 180 people. Hemmant receives a high volume of truck and container loads of product from all the JBS sites around Australia, these are then re-loaded for our domestic and international customer’ orders and readied for transport.

About the Role

At JBS Australia, we are looking for safety focused High Reach Forklift Drivers to join our team on a full-time basis. Working within our high-volume Hemmant Cold Stores Facility, you will support our team by moving chilled and frozen products in high racking systems while maintaining the cold chain and contributing to efficient warehouse operations.

• Day Shift | Monday to Friday | 6am to 2pm
• $30.37 per hour + $5.26 high reach allowance

About You

• Must hold a valid LF High Risk Work License (Forklift Ticket)
• Previous high reach forklift experience high regarded
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Attention to detail and sound numerical skills
• Physically fit (manual labour is required)
• Ability to work in cold temperatures for extended periods of time
• Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
• Flexibility with hours including availability to work overtime as required
